We didn’t deliver software and walk away.

These systems were built and are running inside businesses we own and operate. We didn’t deliver software and walk away — we live with these systems every day.

Study 01

Invoice automation

The leak
Invoice handling that consumed roughly 15 hours a month of manual entry and checking.
What we deleted
The re-keying and the second-person double-check — steps that existed only to catch human error.
What we built
A pipeline where two frontier models read each invoice and cross-check one another; a person reviews only the flagged exceptions.
The numbers
The system currently processes roughly 350 invoices a month. Anything it can’t read with confidence is routed to a person — nothing gets guessed.
What it would cost you~15 hrs/month of skilled admin time is a leak — this stops it and holds accuracy through the model cross-check.
Study 02

Order & delivery exception monitoring

The leak
Someone manually checking order and delivery statuses — about 20 hours a week of watching for the exception.
What we deleted
The continuous manual checking. The work was catching the exception, not the sitting and watching.
What we built
A monitor that tracks every order and delivery end-to-end, stays silent on the normal cases, and alerts the moment something needs a person.
The numbers
~20 hours per week of manual status-checking eliminated — sourced from our own operation.
What it would cost youAt a $30 loaded cost, 20 hrs/week is a leak of over $31,000 a year. One build stops it for good.

External client studies are on the way.

Our first 3–5 external client studies are in progress — founding-client pricing traded for quantified, defensible testimonials. Until those publish, everything above comes from systems we run ourselves.
