Every price on this page is real and current. You can budget the whole engagement — audit, build, and ongoing care — without getting on a single sales call.
We map your workflows, find the recurring costs, and identify what to delete versus what to automate.
We review three of your most time-consuming workflows and determine which one should be your priority. You get a written report — every recurring cost we found, what it costs you per year, what fixing it costs once, and the estimated payback on each — delivered within 10 business days. That includes a findings meeting where we walk through the report together and agree on what’s worth building. The full $2,000 fee is credited toward an approved build started within 90 days.
Larger multi-department or multi-system projects are scoped separately.
We do not recommend a build unless the recurring cost of the problem is clearly greater than the cost of fixing it. Our target is measurable payback within 12 months. Payback figures are estimates based on assumptions we agree on with you — and we show our math.
An illustration of how the math works: a manual process eating 10 hours a week at a $30/hr loaded cost runs you about $15,600 a year. A $12,000 build against that pays for itself in roughly 9 months — and the savings continue every year after. Your numbers will differ; that’s what the audit is for.

Our plan only makes sense if it costs less than the risk of the system failing without it. If it doesn’t, don’t buy it. On cancel, you keep the system and the documentation.
10 hours a week at a $30 loaded cost is $15,600 a year. Against our typical build range, that’s payback in months, not years — and then the hours stay gone. Run your own numbers in the calculator.
